You retain ownership rights to any Content you share, post, or upload on The 22. However, in in sharing any Content on The 22, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such Content in any and all media through distribution methods now known or later developed, including curating, transforming, or translating the Content.
In sharing Content on The 22, you represent and warrant that you have, or have obtained, all rights, licenses, consents, permissions, power and/or authority necessary to grant the rights granted herein for any Content that you submit, post or display on or through the Services. You agree that such Content will not contain material subject to copyright or other proprietary rights, unless you have necessary permission or are otherwise legally entitled to post the material and to grant The 22 the license described above.
The licenses granted by you continue until you remove or delete your Content from The 22. You understand and agree, however, that The 22 may retain, but not display, distribute, or perform, server copies of Content that has been removed or deleted.
You can end this license anytime by deleting your content or account. However, content will continue to appear if you shared it with others and they have not deleted it.
