t.In this paper, the performance of Piezoelectric Micro Power Harvester (PMPH), which converts mechanical vibrations into electrical power via piezoelectric effect is measured based on L18 Orthogonal Array (OA) and Taguchi optimization methods, where 18 experiments are conducted instead of the trial and error approach. Eight control parameters are selected to study the proposed PMPH in the three levels. COMSOL Multiphysics 5.4 simulation software is used to examine all models in frequency and transient response analysis. MINITAB statistical software is used to analyse the simulation data through Taguchi tools and ANOVA test. The control factor, it is found, has more positive bearing on PMPH performance that has the higher delta function in Taguchi, and higher percentage in ANOVA. This method will hopefully reduce time needed in optimizing PMPH and in maintaining the material resources necessary in the fabrication process let alone cost saving [1].Here, we present the data of human histone interactomes generated and analysed in the research article by Peng et al., 2020 [1]. The histone interactome data provide a comprehensive mapping of human histone/nucleosome interaction networks by using different data sources from the structural, chemical cross-linking, and high-throughput studies. The histone interactions are presented at different levels of granularity in networks, including protein, domain, and residue-levels. All human histone interactome Cytoscape session files are available at https//github.com/Panchenko-Lab/Human-histone-interactome.Turmeric (Curcuma longa L.) is widely used as traditional medicine, kitchen spice, and natural dyes in Indonesia. The demand and popularity of this plant is increasing; however, the national supply is still low. Turmeric breeding and crop improvement in Indonesia are needed to boost the national turmeric production. Exploration of turmeric from various areas in Indonesia is a prior step of turmeric breeding. selleckchem Phenotypic diversity and relationship analysis of an early population can be used as a basis for consideration in plant development and breeding programs. The purpose of this study was to estimate phenotypic diversity and relationship of local turmeric accessions from Indonesia. Raw data analysis was conducted after standardization using Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Hierarchical Clustering Analysis (HCA) to determine phenotypic diversity and relationship among the newly collected genetic resources. The data in this article showed broad phenotypic diversity with plant height, number of shoots, number of leaves on main shoot, petiole length, lamina length, lamina width, number of mother rhizome, total rhizome weight, weight per shoot, pseudostem habit, leaf margin, and rhizome habit as distinguishing traits among the collection. PCA also resulted cumulative variation percentage of 70.73%. In addition, HCA resulted two main groups with the Euclidean range of 0.31-2.97.This article reports data related to the research article entitled “Effect of metal ions on isothermal amplification with Bst exo- DNA polymerase” (R.R. Garafutdinov, A.R. Gilvanov, O.Y. Kupova, A.R. Sakhabutdinova, 2020) [1]. Here, the results of molecular simulations of the complexes of Bst exo- DNA polymerase with dCTP triphosphate, double-stranded DNA and divalent metal cations are presented. Energetic parameters, number and type of chemical bonds formed by dCTP with the environment are given. The aim of this paper is to present a dataset for Wi-Fi-based human activity recognition. The dataset is comprised of five experiments performed by 30 different subjects in three different indoor environments. The experiments performed in the first two environments are of a line-of-sight (LOS) nature, while the experiments performed in the third environment are of a non-line-of-sight (NLOS) nature. Each subject performed 20 trials for each of the experiments which makes the overall number of recorded trials in the dataset equals to 3000 trials (30 subjects × 5 experiments × 20 trials). To record the data, we used the channel state information (CSI) tool [1] to capture the exchanged Wi-Fi packets between a Wi-Fi transmitter and receiver. The utilized transmitter and receiver are retrofitted with the Intel 5300 network interface card which enabled us to capture the CSI values that are contained in the recorded transmissions. Unlike other publicly available human activity datasets, this dataset provides researchers with the ability to test their developed methodologies on both LOS and NLOS environments, in addition to many different variations of human movements, such as walking, falling, turning, and pen pick up from the ground. The masked birch caterpillar, Drepana arcuata Walker (Lepidoptera Drepanidae), and other Drepanoidea (Lepidoptera) species are excellent organisms for investigating the function and evolution of vibratory communication and sociality in caterpillars. We present a de novo assembled draft genome and functional annotation for D. arcuata, using a combination of short and long sequencing reads generated by Illumina HiSeq X and Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) MinION sequencing platforms, respectively. A total of 460,694,612 150bp paired-end Illumina and 395,890 ONT raw reads were assembled into 11,493 scaffolds spanning a genome size of 270.5Mb. The resulting D. arcuata genome has a GC content of 38.79%, repeat content of 8.26%, is 86.5% complete based on Benchmarking Universal Single-Copy Orthologs (BUSCO) assessment, and comprises 10,398 predicted protein-coding genes. These data represent the first genomic resources for the lepidopteran superfamily Drepanoidea. Although the order Lepidoptera comprises numerous ecologically and economically important species, assembled genomes and annotations are available for less then 1% of the total species. These data can be further utilized for research on Lepidoptera genomics as well as on the function and evolution of vibratory communication and sociality in larval insects. The dataset contains intrusion detection alerts obtained via an alert sharing platform (SABU) for one week. A plethora of heterogeneous intrusion detection systems deployed across several organizations contributed to the sharing platform. The alerts are stored in the intrusion Detection Extensible Alert (IDEA) format and categorized using the eCSIRT.net Incident Taxonomy. Dataset can be used in several areas of cybersecurity research for the analysis of intrusion detection alerts including temporal and spatial correlations, reputation scoring, attack scenario reconstruction, and attack projection. The network identifiers (e.g., IP addresses, hostnames) are anonymized. However, the list of interesting features (e.g., presence on blacklists, geolocation) of such entities at the time of data collection is provided.
