The present study included lab-scale sewage sludge (SS) composting amended by molasses and spent mushroom substrate (SMS) in 5 L composting reactor system. The influence of molasses and SMS amendment on nitrogen loss and humification of SS composting was evaluated. The results showed that SMS amendment, especially combination with molasses raised composting temperature, increased CO2 volatilization, promoted organic matter degradation, improve germination index and humification process. The addition of SMS and molasses contain carbohydrates used as carbon source and energy substance by microorganisms could increase microbial activity and ammonia assimilation. In the SMS + molasses treatments, NH3 volatilization was reduced by 33.1%-37.3% and N2O volatilization was only 17.8%-25.4% of that in the control treatment, furthermore, the nitrogen loss rate was reduced by 27.2%-32.2%. Consequently, the addition of SMS and molasses improved the compost maturity and reduced nitrogen loss in the SS composting process. In the course of a growing start-up market and strongly increasing investment volume, investors try to predict the success of a business as precisely as possible in advance. However, when assessing the personality of the founder or founding team, they still rely far too often on their gut feeling, thereby reducing the quality of their decisions. Our study therefore aimed at investigating whether there are any relationships between the founders’ personality traits and their performance and thus justifying the need for more targeted and optimized diagnostics in the field of founder personality. With a total of 141 founders, clear correlations between personality traits (conscientiousness, emotional stability) and performance could be demonstrated in the present study. In addition, it became evident that perceived stress is also related to the founders’ personality (emotional stability negative, conscientiousness positive) and in turn has a negative effect on performance. Our findings contribute to raising awareness of the importance of personality as a predictor of founders’ performance, improving decision-making, and, in the long run, replacing gut feeling as an inappropriate assessment criterion of investors.A new fluorescent chemosensor based on quinoxaline was successfully synthesized through a facile and green catalytic reaction of ortho-phenylenediamine (O-PDA) and acenaphthylene-1,2-dione in the presence of SBA-Pr-SO3H. Prepared a “switch-off” quinoxaline-based receptor to recognized Hg2+ ion in high selectively and, without any interference from other metal ions, was developed. The photophysical behavior of this fluorophore was studied in acetonitrile by using fluorescence spectra. The fluorescence properties of several cations to acenaphtoquinoxaline were investigated in acetonitrile, and the competition test displayed that the probe fluorescence changes were specific for Hg2+ ion. The obtained results have shown high selectivity and sensitivity only for Hg2+. Also, the detection limit was as low as 42 ppb, and a top linear trend was observed between the concentration of Hg2+ ions and fluorescence intensity. The binding stoichiometry between chemosensor L and Hg2+ was found to be 11. Moreover, a computational study was performed to obtain an electronic description of the fluorescence emission and quenching mechanisms. The optimized structures and binding mechanisms were supported with a high correlation and agreement by spectroscopy and DFT calculations. This study investigated the impacts of computerized dynamic assessment (C-DA) on a TOEFL iBT reading exam among 185 upper-intermediate EFL Iranian learners. The exam included five question types Vocabulary, detail, negative fact, purpose, and inference items whose answers yielded three types of scores Actual, mediated, and learning potential. Results indicated statistically significant differences between actual and mediated scores with various reading ability levels in using hints in the question types. Even though C-DA improved the scores in the mediated test items and resulted in significant correlations, there was no empirical evidence that C-DA was conducive to a comprehensive diagnosis of the ability in the Zone of Actual Development (ZAD). The study had direct pedagogical and methodological implications by suggesting more individualized and, accordingly, more effective mediation to learners, such as the interactionist approach.Extensive quantum chemical calculation have been carried out to investigate the Fourier Transform Infrared(FT-IR), Fourier Transform Raman(FT-RAMAN) and Nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR), and Ultra Violet-Visible(UV-vis) spectra of 2-(4-Cyanophenylamino) acetic acid. The molecular structure, fundamental vibrational frequencies and intensities of the vibrational bands were interpreted with the aid of optimizations and normal coordinate force field calculations based on density functional theory (DFT) and ab initio HF methods with 6-311++G(d,p) basis set. The theoretical vibrational wavenumbers are compared with the experimental values. The calculated HOMO-LUMO energies were found to be-6.2056 eV and -1.2901 eV which indicates the charge transfer within the molecule. Natural bond orbital analysis has been carried out to explain the charge transfer (or) delocalization of charge due to the intra molecular interactions. Molecular Electrostatic Potential (MEP), First order hyperpolarizability, and Fukui functions calculation were also performed. The thermodynamic properties of the title compound were studied for different temperatures. Molecular docking studies were made on the title compound to study the hydrogen bond interactions and the minimum binding energy was calculated. This study was conducted to identify patterns of cagA EPIYA motifs in H. pylori strains isolated from patients with gastrointestinal diseases in Hospitals of Shahrekord, and investigate the association between these biomarkers and clinical outcomes of gastrointestinal diseases due to H. pylori. AHPN agonist solubility dmso In this study, 253 patients with gastrointestinal diseases were studied within 1395-1396. Histopathological investigations and urease test showed that 207 isolates were H. pylori-positive. Then, screening using a molecular technique, PCR, confirmed that 159 isolates had cagA. Finally, the pattern and prevalence of the motifs were determined by PCR and identified a number of motifs were sequenced. Results of this study showed that the pattern of motifs was as follows ABC (140 isolates) (93/7%), ABCC (6 isolates) (3/77%), ABCCC (4 isolates) (2/5%), AB (7 isolates) (4/4%), AC (1 isolate) (0/6%), and BC (1 isolate) (0/6%). Sequencing results showed the presence of changed EPIYA motif in some isolates. CM motif sequence was also seen in all isolates.
